I am a Board Certified Canine Behavior Counselor and Certified Professional Dog Trainer, the first companion animal trainer in Canada to earn this qualification. I was the second Canadian graduate of the Karen Pryor Academy, graduating with Distinction. I also have a Diploma with Distinction in Kennel Management. I formerly operated a Border Collie Rescue & Rehoming Program and have served twice as a Board Member of the Animal Rescue League of Saint John. I am a former Charter Member of the Institute for Animal Care Education. I have a strong Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. I am the areas only licensed presenter of the highly acclaimed Dogs & Stork's programme and also the only licensed presenter of Doggone Safe's Worker Safety programme. My training and behavior therapy methods are gentle and dog-friendly. I do not use choke collars, pinch/prong collars or electronic devices. My goal is to enhance the bond between you and your pet.
